Refund and Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Prescription Medicines: Due to the nature of our products, returns on prescription medicines are not allowed unless the product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medicines: Returns for OTC medicines can be initiated within 7 days of receipt if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Non-Medicine Products: Returns are accepted for non-medicine products (e.g., medical devices, wellness products) within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and unopened.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. For prescription medicines, returns will only be accepted if the product delivered does not match your order or is damaged.

3. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for eligible returns as described above. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1 – 3 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer support.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to regulatory and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used prescription and OTC medicines
  • Products requiring special storage conditions (e.g., refrigeration)
  • Health and personal care items

Perishable products or items that have been tampered with are also non-returnable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
